TISA Facility Usage Guidelines

Welcome to the International School of Azerbaijan! Community members interested in organizing events or activities within TISA facilities can do so free of charge. Follow these steps:

1. Read Guidelines: Familiarize yourself with our guidelines.
2. Complete Form: Fill out the Facility Booking Request Form.
3. Submission: Submit the form to the Director’s Personal Assistant at naliyeva@tisa.az.

Key Guidelines:

• Only adult TISA community members can book facilities.
• Supervision responsibility rests with the booking individual.
• Children's activities are exclusive to TISA students.
• Facility reservations must align with specified timings.
• Paid activities involve TISA students or community members.

Equipment & Safety:

• Specific rules govern equipment use and space allocation.
• Safety measures and behavioral regulations are enforced.

Medical Assistance:

• First aid and medical assistance details are provided on-site.
